Sometimes it's useful to compare life to a school staffed entirely by students, or a hospital staffed entirely by patients. 

And the ones who finally figure things out keep graduating, either leaving of their own accord, or getting pushed out.

 

Meeting management's requests is important but Sometimes we should ask ourselves such questions as whether meeting their demands at the expense of ruining our health with beer, tobacco, and other drugs is really even good for management 

Likewise, we need to question our devotion to society's demands
